RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.classicfm.com/about-classic-fm/competition-terms-conditions/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Scenic Cruises – Musical Odyssey’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Tuesday 1st to Monday 28th November 2016 on Classic FM (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.classicfm.com, register their details and answer a competition question. Online entry will open at 00:00 on Tuesday 1st November and close at 23:59 on Monday 28th November 2016.
4. One winner will be selected at random from all correct and eligible entries after the closing date and informed by Classic.
Eligibility:
5. Entrants must be aged 18 and over.
6. Both the winner and their guest must have a valid UK passport at the time of travel.
7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
8. The prize is an all-inclusive 8-day musical odyssey cruise along the Danube River for 2 people
9. The prize is based on 2 adults sharing a standard suite on the Musical Odyssey Danube Cruise departing 24 April 2017.
10. The prize includes return economy class flights from London, Birmingham or Manchester, transfers from the arrival/ departure airport to/from the ship.
11. All main meals on board the ship are provided by Scenic Cruises (breakfast, lunch and dinner only) in the main dining room. There will also be one speciality Italian fine dining experience on board for the winning couple. All drinks are included except from a small selection of fine and rare wines, champagnes and spirits.
12. The prize does not include travel between the winner’s home and departure airport, travel insurance, personal expenditure or incidental costs.
13. The prize is only available for the 24th April 2017 departure and cannot be transferred to another date.
14. There is no cash alternative.
15. The winner may be required to participate in publicity regarding the prize.
16. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
