RULES
• The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.classicfm.com/terms-use/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Martell Cognac’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 21st December 2015 to Sunday 3rd January 2016 on Classic FM (the “Radio Station”).
• Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
• To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.classicfm.com to the Martell Cognac page and register their details. Online entry will open at 00.01am on Monday 21st December 2015 and close at 23.59pm on Sunday 3rd January 2016.
• Entrant will have to answer a question to enter the prize draw.
• From all correct & eligible entries received, one winner will be selected at random.
• Winner will be notified by phone &/ email.
Eligibility:
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
• Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
• Winners can only win one Martell Cognac competition on Classic FM between October 2015 and January 2016.
Prize:
• The winner will receive;
o Return train travel for two people to London between Friday 29th January until Sunday 31st January 2016.
o London Zone 1-6 travelcard for Saturday 30th January 2016.
o Return transfers from the station to the hotel.
o 2 Nights accommodation at the Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square.
o Breakfast for two people in the hotel restaurant each morning.
o Three course dinner for two at Pollen Street Social, Mayfair
o 2 places on the exclusive French patisserie ‘Art de Vivre’ workshop at the Michelin
starred L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon restaurant on Saturday 30th January 2016
o Martell lunch at L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon restaurant on Saturday 30th January 2016 with 1 Martell cocktail on arrival & 2 glasses of wine paired with lunch dishes and Martell Gourmand serve to finish
o Tickets to the London Philharmonic Orchestra at the Royal Festival Hall on 30th January 2016.
o £250.00 spending money.
o 1 x bottle of Martell Cognac
Additional Prize Terms
• Winners & their guest must be over 18 years of age.
• Travel will be by train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance. Should the winner live more than 5 hours train travel time from their destination, flights will be sourced where possible, subject to availability.
• Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
• Hotel is classed as a 5 Star and is based on 2 adults sharing a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
• Based on 2 adults enjoying a 3 course meal from the a la carte menu including 1⁄2 bottle of house wine, mineral water and coffee. Restaurant reservations are
subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Patisserie workshop will be for the day stated only and will be in a group.
• Martell lunch will be for the day stated only and includes 1 Martell cocktail on arrival, 2 glasses of wine paired with lunch dishes and Martell Gourmand serve to
finish.
• Tickets will be for the day stated only and are non-transferable. Tickets are subject to availability at the time of purchase.
• All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
• Prizes are non-transferable. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
