Holland America Line on Classic FM, March-May 2018

RULES

  • The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.classicfm.com/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Holland America Line’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 22/03/18 to 06/05/18 on Classic FM (the “Radio Station”).
  • Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

  • To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.classicfm.com & answer a multiple-choice question and register their details. 
  • Online entry will open at 00:01 on 22/03/18 and close at 23:59 on 06/05/18.
  • 1 x winner will be randomly selected from all correct, eligible entries to win the holiday prize and will be contacted by telephone and/or email within 7 days of the competition closing. 
  • 6 x runners up will also then be chosen to win the Hamper prize. The runners up will  be contacted by telephone and/or email within 7 days of the competition closing. 

 

Eligibility:

  • Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.
  • Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

Main prize:

1x winner will win a 7-night night Holland America Line Norwegian Fjords Cruise Holiday for two people.

 

Runner-up prize:

6 x winners will be chosen an ‘runners up’ and will win a Fortnum & Mason Hamper

 

Conditions:

Holiday Prize:

  • The holiday must be taken during Summer 2018
  • The winner will receive a 7-night Norwegian Fjords cruise for two persons sharing a verandah stateroom on Koningsdam departing from Amsterdam during summer 2018 on one of the following dates (all subject to availability at the time of booking).

-   7-night Viking Sagas:  13 May, 24 Jun, 22 Jul, 19 Aug 2018

-   7-night Norse Legends:  3 Jun, 1, 29 Jul, 26 Aug 2018

  • Holiday extensions will not be granted.
  • Flights and Cruise dates are subject to availability & blackout dates may apply
  • Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. 
  • All further terms and conditions will be established between Holland America Line and the prize winner.
  • The holiday prize is non-transferrable or refundable.
  • The holiday prize cannot be sold or gifted and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • There is no cash alternative or other alternative to the holiday prize in whole or part.
  • The prize winner must be one of the passengers booked on to the travel party.
  • It is the responsibility of winners to have a full valid passport (with validity for 6 months or more beyond the date of travel)
  • Travel insurance will be provided by Global
  • It is the winners’ own responsibility to ensure that they have correct and valid documentation to travel.

The prize includes the following:

  • 7 night Norwegian Fjords cruise for two persons sharing a verandah stateroom, full board basis
  • Flights in economy class from London airports
  • Gratuities for restaurant and stateroom staff ($13.00 per person per day)

 

The following personal expenses will be at the expense of the winner

 

  • Drinks on-board ship
  • Personal expenses such as spa, shopping, casino, shore excursions and speciality restaurant fees
  • Transportation to and from London airports

 

Hamper Prize:

  • The hamper will be delivered within 28 working days from the date the winner is chosen to the winner’s address.  
  • This is a set hamper and items cannot be changed
  • The prize is non-transferrable or refundable.
  • There is no cash or other alternative to the prize in whole or part.

Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
