Npower (Go Green Energy Fix) – Classic - Oct/Nov 2017
RULES
• The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.classicfm.com/terms-conditions/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Go Green Energy Fix’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 23/10/17 to 16/11/17 on Classic FM (the “Radio Station”).
• Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
• To enter the Competition, an Entrant must go online to http://www.classicfm.com, register their details and submit an example of how they are ‘green’.
• Online entry will open at 00:01 on 23/10/17 and close at 23:59 29/10/17, open at 00:01 on 30/10/17 and close at 23:59 on 05/11/17, open at 00:01 06/11/17 and close at 23:59 on 12/11/17, open at 00:01 13/11/17 and close at 23:59 on 16/11/17
• ‘Green’ activities are defined as activities which help the environment.
• One winner will be selected at random at the end of each week the competition is live – with 4 winners in total.
• Winners will be notified by telephone after closing date of competition. We will attempt to contact the winner on three occasions. If unsuccessful on all three occasions, we will select another entrant as the prize winner.
Eligibility:
• Entrants must be 18 or over.
• Entry is restricted to one entry per person over the whole competition; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
• There will be x4 giveaways across the month. Each giveaway will include a weekend away and joint annual Heritage Membership.
Week 1 - Weekend trip to native English Woodland
Monday 23rd October-Sunday 29th October
Prize includes:

• 3 Nights accommodation in luxury Hideaway suite at the North Star woodland retreat. Includes:
• Large covered veranda

• Full English breakfast for two adults delivered to the cabin each morning of your stay.
• Choice of Afternoon Tea or Yorkshire Picnic pack delivery to your cabin on a day of your choice

• Choice of beauty treatments in your private cabin for two adults. Choice includes:

Week 1 Terms and conditions:
• Joint Heritage annual membership is for two people, who are lifetime partners, living at the same address only. Membership will be paid for as a gift.
• All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.
• Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter and Bank Holidays.
• Due to the nature of the location, travel will be in the form of petrol allowance covering a maximum total of 600 miles (round trip). Should the winner live further than 300 miles from the location, a contribution towards travel expenses will be provided.
• Cabin is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two adults sharing a Hideaway Suite with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
• Full English breakfast will be delivered to your cabin and includes: 4 x slices bacon, 4 x pork sausages, 2 x eggs, 2 x field mushrooms, vine cherry tomatoes, tin of baked beans, 2 x slices black pudding, Tea, coffee, Sugar & ½ lt milk
• Based on two adults enjoying a three-course meal from the Yorkshire lunch menu including mineral water and coffee.
• Beauty treatment will take place in the winner’s cabin and includes a choice of Swedish or deep tissue massage, Pure Indulgence Exfoliating Wrap or a Bespoke Facial. Subject to change and availability at the time of booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions and will be substituted for a safe alternative should this be the case.
• All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
Week 2 – Weekend in the Woodmans Treehouse

• Based on two adults sharing a luxury 5* Gold tree house on a self-catering basis.
• All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
Week 4 – Weekend in woodland log cabin
Monday 13th November-Thursday 16th November

Week 4 Terms and conditions:

• All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.
• Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, Bank Holidays and summer school holidays. Must be booked a minimum of 3 months in advance.
• Due to the nature of the location, travel will provided be in the form of petrol allowance covering a maximum total of 330 miles (round trip). Should the winner live further than 165 miles from the location, a contribution towards travel expenses will be provided.
• Based on two adults and two children sharing a Silver birch cabin with one double room and one twin room with an ensuite bathroom.
• All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
• Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
