Classic FM: Going In Style

RULES
The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.classicfm.com/terms-conditions/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to the ‘Going In Style’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 27th March 2017 to 7th April 2017 on Classic FM (the “Radio Station”).
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

Details of the Competition:
1.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go to classicfm.com and enter the online Going in Style competition.
2.    Entrants must enter the online Competition by answering all questions.
3.    From all correct entries, one Entrant will be randomly selected and awarded their prize.
4.    The winner will be awarded their prize by Global Radio and NDL, and telephoned within 7 working days of winning and told they have won.

Eligibility:
5.    Entrants must be 18 years or over.  
6.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:
7.    £1,000
Prize Terms and Conditions:
8.    Prize money of £1,000 will be fulfilled in the form of a Cheque within 28 days of the winner being contacted and confirmed
9.    The prize will be awarded in GBP
10.    Winner must have a valid, UK bank account
11.    Prize is non-transferable
12.    These terms are subject to English Law and by submitting an entry, entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England
13.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
