RULES

• The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.classicfm.com/about-classic-fm/competition-terms-conditions/ the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Estee Lauder’ radio competition (the “Competition")which will run from 06.07.2015 to 02.08.2015 on Classic FM (the “Radio Station”). Global is the Promoter.
• Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

• To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
• Go online to www.classicfm.com, register their details and answer a question.
• Online entry will open at 00.01 on 06.07.2015 and close at 23.59 on 02.08.2015.
• One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible correct entries and notified 7 days after the closing date

Eligibility:

• Entrants must be 18 years or older
• Entry is restricted to UK residents only
• Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
• The winner will be notified at the earliest convenience by phone within 7 days of the competition close date. If the winner does not pick up their phone, they will then be informed by email and will have 28 days to respond to receive their prize. 
• If the winner does not respond within 28 days of receiving their email, Global will select another winner.

Prize:

One Winner will receive a luxury break which includes:

• Return train travel for two people to London
• Return private transfers from the station to the hotel

• Overnight accommodation at the Rosewood Hotel, London

• Breakfast for two people in the hotel restaurant
• £200.00 spending money towards spa treatments of your choice

Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (UK). Travel will be by train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance. At least one person must be over the age of 18 years. 


Hotel is classed as a 5 star and is based on two people sharing a double or twin room with ensuite facilities on a bed and breakfast basis. 


Spa treatments are subject to change and availability at the time of booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for people with certain 
medical conditions and will be substituted for a safe alternative should this be the case. 


All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
