Ludovico Einaudi returns to No.1 with his essential collection, Islands.
First it was Aled Jones, then it was Game of Thrones, then Aled again, then Game of Thrones again. Then, out of the blue, Ludovico Einaudi has stormed straight back into the No.1 spot with Islands – Essential Einaudi.
The highest new entry though comes from Chinese pianist See Siang Wong with Cinema Classics – The Piano at the Movies which enters at No.2. This double album features 24 arrangements for piano of classic movie themes.
And at No.4 there's a new entry for Michael Giacchino's new score to Star Trek – Beyond. It even features Rihanna singing a song called Sledgehammer which is more Bond theme than Peter Gabriel.
