The Full Works Concert - Friday 23 November 2012: Vaughan Williams

Tonight, Jane Jones invites you to wind down at the end of the week, with two hours of beautiful pastoral music by Vaughan Williams.

Beginning with the Fantasia on a Theme of Thomas Tallis, Jane will go on to play favourites including The Lark Ascending, Five Variants of Dives and Lazarus and the Fantasia on Greensleeves.  Plus – the whole of Vaughan Williams’ Oboe Concerto and Piano Concerto, and his English Folksongs Suite.
