The Full Works Concert - Friday 17 October 2014, 8pm

Rossini's rollicking William Tell overture kicks off a concert of masterpieces.

There’s a string of fantastic soloists on the Full Works Concert this evening: Maxim Vengerov playing Paganini’s Violin Concerto No.1, Nelson Freire with a Beethoven piano sonata, and the oboist Heinz Holliger.
