Announcing the Movie Music Hall of Fame 2014

Howard Goodall announces the launch of Classic FM's Movie Music Hall of Fame 2014 with some favourites and a few suggestions of his own for this year's Chart.

On this week's Saturday Night at the Movies, Howard Goodall opens the voting for the Movie Music Hall of Fame 2014, Classic FM's annual poll to find out your favourite scores for the silver screen.

VOTE in the 2014 Movie Music Hall of Fame - you could win a sound system worth £1200 for your TV > 

Tonight Howard will play the 2013 top ten, featuring favourites from John Williams, John Barry and Ennio Morricone, with Howard Shore's music for The Lord of the Rings in the coveted Number One spot. 

He'll also select some recent releases and lesser-known scores that he's championing for the 2014 Chart. 

The new top 30 will be counted down over the August Bank Holiday weekend.
