Ben Fogle's tour of hidden Britain took us to Wales, the land not just of song but of great music in all forms
One of Wales' most famous classical music exports of recent years is mezzo-soprano Katherine Jenkins. Born in Neath, Katherine started singing at the age of four. She was a member of the Royal School of Church Music Cathedral Singers and the National Youth Choir of Wales, and won the Welsh Choirgirl of the Year contest twice, first at the age of just 10.
