The Full Works Concert - Tuesday 12 February 2013: Great Orchestras of the World

Tonight, all sorts of treats on the Full Works Concert – from one of the finest orchestras on the planet, the Vienna Philharmonic.

The highlights include a performance of Mozart’s Piano Concerto No.26 (‘Coronation’) from Maria-Joao Pires, the whole of Beethoven’s Symphony No.5 conducted by Simon Rattle, and a complete performance of Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition under the baton of Andre Previn.
