The Full Works Concert - Wednesday 12 December 2012: Pleasant Plucking

Tonight, Jane Jones features a whole host of works for plucked strings – with plenty of works from the brilliant new album Blessing, containing harp music by John Rutter and Catrin Finch.

We’ll also hear a wonderfully lyrical guitar concerto performed by John Williams, some fine plucked strings courtesy of Benjamin Britten, and a bright Baroque concerto for the mandolin.
