Neville Marriner at 90: Live at St. Martin in the Fields

In this exclusive concert broadcast, David Mellor continues Classic FM's celebrations of the 90th birthday of Sir Neville Marriner, who founded the Academy of St Martin in the Fields in 1958.  

This concert in Sir Neville's honour - which took place at St Martin in the Fields on Tuesday 20 May - saw first violin Tomo Keller leading the ensemble in Mozart's Symphony No.25, Vaughan Williams' Fantasia on a Theme by Thomas Tallis and a piece of music chosen by Classic FM's listeners, from a shortlist that was recently listed on this website.
