This afternoon Charlotte presents a film special to mark the 87th Academy Awards taking place this evening 

She looks ahead to the release of The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel and speaks to one of its stars, Dev Patel, best known for playing Jamal Malik in Slumdog Millionaire and Anwar Kharral in Skins.

Charlotte will also be joined by composer David Arnold – whose credits include Independence Day and Casino Royale – to discuss the nominees in tonight's Best Original Score category at the Oscars. They include Hans Zimmer for Interstellar and Alexandre Desplat for both The Imitation Game and The Grand Budapest Hotel.
