The choir of Public School 22 in Staten Island, New York, paid tribute to one of their teachers in the most perfectly musical way possible.

Singing an arrangement of Martina McBride’s ‘I’m Gonna Love You Through It’, the choir prove just how powerful the right song can be - they sang the song in tribute to one of their teachers, Adriana Lopez, who had recently been diagnosed with breast cancer.

The choir’s director, Gregg Breinberg, says at the beginning of the video: “We are so inspired by your fighting spirit that we wanted to give something back to you.”
