Amanda Palmer and the Boston Pops Orchestra stopped their performance of a Tchaikovsky piano concerto to deal with the culprit.

If you’re going to ruin a New Year's Eve performance by punk singer and performance artist Amanda Palmer by failing to switch your mobile phone to ‘silent’, you should understand there will be consequences.

In this case, the mobile phone belonged to a track-suited man, who was quickly given up by his fellow audience members. His punishment? To complete Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No.1 while Palmer quaffed her New Year's Eve champagne.
