Can I get my event mentioned on-air or on the Classic FM website?

Unfortunately we are unable to promise mentions of specific events on air, but you are welcome to advertise the event on our online Concert Guide. The content for this is provided by concert-diary.com who charge a minimum of just one pound plus VAT for each event. If you visit their web site, you will see an option in the top right hand corner to 'add a concert/log-in'. You will need to register but can then add all your concert details, which will be seen on the Classic FM web site for all our listeners to access. Alternatively, our Classic Events section is a paid for advertising service run by us. If you would like to find out more about Classic Events, please contact inders.lyall@global.com

Follow our useful tips on how to buy tickets to concerts

Please always make a note of the ticket agency telephone number and name you have booked your tickets with for future reference. Please note and keep any booking reference you are given.

Your credit/debit card number and post code should always be used when making an enquiry regarding the status of your booking. Restrictions on the number of tickets that you can purchase apply to most concerts or events.

Booking fees will normally apply to all bookings not made in person at the venue box office. These are usually charged per ticket plus a registered mail delivery charge per booking if the event is general admission (standing) only.

Lost or mislaid tickets cannot be replaced for general admission events. Where the event is seated and numbered all duplicate tickets are only issued on the day of the performance and must be collected in person from the venue box office only.

Duplicate tickets normally take precedence over the original tickets issued.

Please check and note the dates and times on your tickets carefully as refunds and exchanges are not normally issued.

Tickets for some concerts are sometimes not posted out until a week before a concert so please remember this if booking tickets as gifts for birthdays etc.

Please always read the conditions on the back of your tickets before setting out to avoid disappointment on the day.
