Soul Patrol at the Schools Prom

We're into the second day of the Music For Youth Schools Prom, and Classic FM's Tim Lihoreau has been talking to some of the performers backstage at London's Royal Albert Hall. Here he meets the members of Soul Patrol.

The talented soul band is the only auditioned ensemble at the Robert Smyth Academy, a mixed comprehensive in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. Together with the academy’s jazz band, they have toured in China, Denmark, Spain, the Czech Republic and France and have released three CDs.

Classic FM's Tim Lihoreau caught up with members of Soul Patrol backstage at London's Royal Albert Hall before their performance at the Schools Prom. They told Tim all about their journey to the Schools Prom and treated him to an exclusive acoustic performance.
