Telford, Shropshire are known for their ambitious arrangements of popular classics.

Thomas Telford School Choir

Since 1991, Thomas Telford School in Telford, Shropshire has been one of the top-performing comprehensive schools in the UK and provides education for over 1,200 students. 

The Thomas Telford School Choir formed in 2006 and has since grown massively in number every year. The choir love singing powerful, rich harmonies to create their 'wall of sound' and have become known for their renditions of anthemic rock, pop and musical theatre numbers.

Their performance at the Schools Prom will see the choir singing an exciting arrangement of Queen's Somebody to Love, as heard in the musical We Will Rock You. The choir are backed by their rock group and led by Lauren Soley who has just begun training at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts.
