Royal Opera House Cinema Season tickets on sale

Tickets have just gone on sale for the new Royal Opera House live cinema season.

Nine fantastic productions will be broadcast throughout the year by satellite from the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden, London to over 200 participating cinemas around the country.

Highlights from the season include Placido Domingo in Nabucco, Christopher Wheeldon’s brilliantly imaginative new ballet Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, Rolando Villazon taking the lead role in La boheme, and of course Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without the magic of The Nutcracker.

November sees a particularly exciting treat – Berlioz’s monumental opera Les Troyens featuring a world-class cast, conducted by Antonio Pappano. Opera at its most epic.
