Not only is Max Hole the Chairman and CEO of Universal Music, he's also responsible for the artistic vision of The Bristol Proms. So who better to talk to on the opening night than the man himself?

Jane Jones caught up with Max in the interval of Jan Lisiecki's opening night concert, where he spoke about the state of classical music, as well as how the festival's digital focus will help it gain notoriety.

He commented: "We need musicians and productions that engage with the new world of the internet and social media, in the way that people like Leonard Bernstein did with television."
