Classic FM’s Alex James and Jamie Oliver present The Big Feastival, a showcase of tantalizing food and music for all the family.

The Big Feastival will take place on September 1 and 2 on Alex’s farm in Kingham, Oxfordshire. Gastronomical delights will be devoured by music-loving foodies set to a perfect summer festival soundtrack of great bands, all in aid of The Jamie Oliver Foundation.

Celebrating three of the things closest to both Jamie and Alex’s hearts – food, music and family – in order to raise funds and awareness for The Jamie Oliver Foundation, The Big Feastival promises to be a boutique festival experience in a picturesque English countryside location just 90 mins from London. Two days of tasty grub, great music, a chilled out vibe and general all-round, family-friendly, entertainment.

Needless to say, the festival’s gastronomic delights are considerable, with Valentine Warner, Gennaro Contaldo, Simon Rogan and Brian Loubet in cooking demonstrations, master classes, Q&As and book signings.

Among the musical headliners are pop sensation Paloma Faith and Texas. They’ll be joined by an incredibly strong supporting cast that include rock band Razorlight and The Noisettes.

For all those with kids in tow, the Little Dudes Den is where the fun really starts with appearances from Peppa Pig, Sharky & George, as well as playing host to plenty of fun activities.
