Yellowstone: Edmund Butt

Drive Featured Album, starting 22 February 2016 after 6pm

Originally broadcast on Sunday nights in 2009, Yellowstone's three episodes attracted the highest rating for a natural history series for BBC2 in more than five years.

Edmund Butt has had an extensive career as a writer, performer and producer, also composing music for Ashes to Ashes and Life on Mars. His music for Yellowstone won Best Original Score at The RTS Craft And Design Awards.

This soundtrack album has been a long time coming. The music ranges from the epic and bold to icily atmospheric and is well worth the wait, as a souvenir of a spectacular series and some fine music in its own right.
