'They Don't Care About Us' may be one of the most controversial tracks written by the King of Pop, but it's a darn catchy one.

Although Michael Jackson's hit single 'They Don't Care About Us' was released over twenty years ago, it is still considered to be one of his most controversial songs.

Despite the difference in opinion over the lyrics, the track is politically powerful while remaining incredibly catchy – a fine line to master.

And this cover by 29-year-old cellist Pere Jovanov captures the passion in the track perfectly.

"Since I've heard this song, 20 years ago, the desire to play it never died. I am happy to share it with all of you now," he says.

Pere enjoys playing music from an eclectic mix of genres including classical, movie music, pop and rock – and he's certainly one to watch. Check out his Facebook page here.
