Are you looking for some amazing acoustics to show off your playing? Just find a flight of stairs.

While sitting on a flight of stairs, cellist Lauren Mullinax improvised some beautiful cello music – and the sound was wonderfully eerie.

The acoustics of the stairwell enriched the warm sound of her cello, creating a deep timbre that reverberated off the walls around her.

Lauren Mullinax is a cellist who brings her music to hospitals and nursing homes, providing therapeutic music for people who need it. Find more of her work on her website!
