When orchestras make recordings, it’s a stressful time. The slightest mistakes cause delays, which cost money, and embarrassment. But when this double bassist had an involuntary physical reaction when the red light was on, his colleagues didn’t seem to mind.
It’s lovely and hilarious – but it’s not the first time a sneeze has caused musical consternation in a high-pressure situation. Cast your minds back to the infamous Tiptree Sneeze from a few years ago.
