Daniel Hope: Air, a Baroque Journey

Violinist Daniel Hope takes us on a special journey, up until the year 1766, that is.

When Daniel Hope performed Max Richter's landmark recomposition of Vivaldi's Four Seasons at The Bristol Proms in 2013, it caused a sensation. Rapturously received by the critics and hugely enjoyed by a sell-out audience, it's a tough act to follow…

But this year, Hope has a different proposition for the Bristol Proms. In this Baroque Journey, Hope will take the audience on a tour of his favourite music from the period, up until the year 1766, when the Bristol Old Vic Theatre was first built.
