Brighton Festival 2012

This May, head to the coast for the Brighton Festival and experience the best in classical and contemporary music, theatre, dance, literature, and spectacular outdoor events.

Highlights include: an exclusive 50th anniversary concert performance of Tippett’s Trojan war opera, King Priam with the Britten Sinfonia; plus the Philharmonia Orchestra under conductor Vladimir Ahskenazy and an evening of Mahler and Schubert with acclaimed tenor Mark Padmore.

Guest Director Vanessa Redgrave takes part in some special events including a BAFTA celebration of her career.

The Brighton Festival runs from the 5th to the 27th of May.
