Ask André: an exclusive message from André Rieu
Here's André with details of how you can ask him a question at his forthcoming cinema screenings.
André Rieu's Maastricht concert will be screened in cinemas across the world, but the King of the Waltz will also be hosting a special Q&A session after - and he wants your questions for 'Ask André!'. Plus – enter his Father's Day Competition
The interview will take place straight after Rieu's Maastricht concert, the moment he comes off stage, and will be hosted by ITV's Charlotte Hawkins as an exclusive for cinema audiences.
Questions can be submitted by clicking here.
André said in an exclusive video message (above):
"I thought this year it would be fun if you sent through a question you'd like me to answer. Then listen out in the cinema and maybe you'll hear your name, and I'll answer your question!"
The charismatic violinist has just announced a Father's Day Competition. One lucky father will win two tickets to their nearest André Rieu concert this December. André Rieu himself will personally announce the winner on fathers' day, 21st June, and invite the lucky person to come and meet him at the concert in December.
To be in with a chance of winning, your father (or father-figure) needs to be nominated. Sons, daughters, wives, partners – or even the father himself – can email firstname.lastname@example.org with names, contact details and the cinema where your father will be watching André's Maastricht concert on 18 July.
André himself will then choose the winner. Good luck!
Rieu's annual concerts in his hometown of Maastricht in the Netherlands are a huge sell-out, with international fans flocking to local cinemas to watch the great man in action.
The concerts themselves will run from July 3-12th, with the cinema screenings and 'Ask André' session commencing on Saturday July 18th. Dates and participating screens can be found here.
