Creepy Creatures

  • 10,30, 11.30 and 12.30, The Outer Space, Celtenham, £1 per child (ages 5-11)

A close encounter with inspect and spider specimens from the Museum TakeAway will inspire you to create your own creepy crawly creature.

Rama & Site

  • 3pm, St George, Bristol, £5 Children and Adults (ages 6-11)

With thrilling stories, captivating theatre, enchanting song and inspirational live Indian music, storytellers Michael Loader and Saikat Ahamed and musician Stefan Cartwright present a magical half term treat on the eve of Diwali: a kaleidoscope of vivid characters (from honourable kings through ravenous monsters to bounteous Gods) into which is woven Rama and Sita, one of the most famous Hindu epics of all time.
Brilliantly twisty and tricksy storytelling, full of fabulous surprises, performed in the round just inches from its young rapt audience.  Running time: 60 minutes / no interval.

Paint you Own Plate

  • 1.30pm - 2.30pm (4 to 8 year olds); 3.00pm - 4.00pm (8 to 16 year olds), The Lightbox, Woking (ages 4-16)

Join us in the Education Studio to paint your own porcelain plate inspired by ‘From the Realm of the Dragon: The Ceramic Heritage of Zibo, China’.
